This quarter we will be starting our Customer Service Survey. Each time you have a query or issue resolved, we will be sending you a short survey to let us know how you think we did. This is you chance to have your say, and help enhance your experience with us. And we listen, here are three examples of how we made changes improve our service to you:
1. Faster refund processing
Following your feedback we reduced overall processing time in half
2. More local language support
We added dedicated resources for French and Spanish language support
3. Greater first line support knowledge
Put in place more training and coaching sessions to give our first line support more knowledge to help you better.
