eNett International, a leading provider of dedicated B2B travel payment solutions, will be showcasing the latest in fast, easy and safe payments with Virtual Account Numbers (VANs) at ITB Asia 2017.
Asia as a region has seen huge growth in both outbound and inbound tourism, as it benefits from the global trend for greater international travel. The number of outbound trips from Asia grew by 11% in 2016, the highest growth by any region. This was also the case for inbound tourism, which at 8.4% led the other regions. eNett has been enabling travel companies globally to take advantage of this trend, and today supports VAN transactions in 25 countries across the continent. This commitment is reflected by eNett’s presence at the ITB Asia event, which will be the biggest yet.
As well as a dedicated stand, eNett will also be presenting exclusive research on how payments can power customer experience. The talk will take place at the Travel Technology Showcase and will explore how payments can help make improvements in customer and employee experience, as well as drive business performance for travel companies. The presentations will take place on Wednesday 25 October, 2:00 – 2:30pm and be repeated again on Thursday 26 October, 1:30 – 2:00pm. You can register your interest in attending one of these presentations here.
eNett’s Managing Director and CEO, Anthony Hynes, said “Asia has always been an important market for us and continues to be so. This focus is illustrated through our regional footprint, with dedicated country managers in Hong Kong and Japan, and the expansion of our Singapore head office. We look forward to meeting travel companies at ITB Asia, and supporting them with their international growth aspirations by introducing them to a faster, easier and safer way to pay with eNett VANs.”
eNett VANs enable travel agencies to automatically generate unique Mastercard numbers and pay their suppliers from directly within their booking flow. By streamlining payments processing and automating reconciliation, travel companies can redistribute time and resources to focus on new business and expansion. Offering a broad suite of currencies, and a range of FX options, VANs can save up to 3% on each international transaction compared to traditional methods of payments.
ITB Asia 2017 will be taking place at the Marina Bay Sands, 25 -27 October. To learn more about how eNett VANs can help your business grow, come to the eNett stand B31, Hall F. And if you’d like to know more about how Payments can Power your Experience, download our free whitepaper here.
