eNett International, a leading provider of integrated B2B payment solutions for the travel industry, celebrates taking home two gongs at the 2018 Global Business Excellence Awards in the ‘Outstanding Executive’ and ‘Outstanding Customer Service Initiative’ categories.
Anthony Hynes, eNett’s Managing Director and CEO, won the Outstanding Executive Award, in recognition of his entrepreneurial mindset and dedication to redefining payments in the travel industry. Since launching nine years ago, Anthony has grown eNett from a challenger start-up to a truly global powerhouse, boasting revenues of $193 million in 2017 (a 29% YoY increase), and a compound annual growth rate of 58.5% over the past five years.
Under Anthony’s leadership, eNett also won the Outstanding Customer Service Initiative Award for the company’s ‘Payments that Power Experience’ research campaign in 2017. The campaign was created to help large travel agencies better understand how employee experience underpins the customer experience they deliver and, ultimately, how this impacts their bottom line.

About the Global Business Excellence Awards
The Global Business Excellence Awards are open to private, public and third sector organisations of all sizes, based in any country around the world. Entrants to the Global Business Excellence Awards do not have to be operating globally to enter the awards, entries are judged against other entries from the same country. There are four rounds each year with quarterly deadlines being the last working day of February, May, August and November and winners for each round hold their title for twelve months.
