Rob has worked in the financial services sector for three decades incorporating a long and successful career in banking and senior executive positions at National Australia Bank, Westpac and Citibank. During this time, Rob has worked in a number of markets including Australia, the US, Korea, Japan and Hong Kong. His experience covers most aspects of the consumer business, including credit cards, payments, retail banking, marketing, credit, distribution and CRM. A graduate in Economics from Sydney University, Rob has the reputation as a global authority on cards, payments, retail banking and distribution, and has served on boards including MasterCard International and numerous Australian public companies.
